Boguslaw JAGIELLO, 1960 ✿

Bogusław Józef Jagiełło is a Polish artis, born in 1960 in Gorzow Wielkopolski. He studied at the University of the Arts in Poznan, majoring in graphic techniques workshop in the years 1979-1984.

He obtained a diploma in the studio of metal technician Tadeusz Jackowski (1984). Two-time scholarship holder of the Minister of Culture and Art. He works in the field of workshop graphics, functional graphics, drawing and painting. He was involved in book illustration, monumental painting and stage design.

Author of theatrical and advertising posters. Creator of sacral arrangements and many stained glass windows. He presented his works at many individual exhibitions and group presentations. More important awards: 1996 – Art-Addikction – international exhibition of small graphic forms – Sweden. (Certificate of Merit) 2006 – XXI Festival of Polish Contemporary Painting – Szczecin (Nomination for the award). 2012 – XXIV Festival of Polish Contemporary Painting – Szczecin (EuroAfrica Award).
