Xing Jianjian 邢健健 is a Chinese painter born in 1959. He is a professor and master tutor of the Academy of Fine Arts of Nanjing University of the Arts, a member of the Chinese Artists Association, and a director of the Jiangsu Oil Painting Association.
His works have participated in the 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th National Art Exhibition, the 2nd and 3rd China Oil Painting Exhibition, and exhibitions and lectures in the United States, France, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and other countries and regions.
Xing Jianjian's creations incorporate elements of expressionism and symbolism in the delicate and subtle classical realism, so the presentation of his works is not only beautiful and delicate, but also lyrical and allegorical. A book containing a selection of Xing Jianjian's works has been published and in 1991 he was awarded the silver medal at the Hangzhou Art Festival.
