Josephine Linggar is an Indonesian painter, was born in 1943 in Jember, East Java Indonesia.
Since 1994 when she participated in her first joined exhibition at the Mahakam Gallery and solo in Geneva, Josephine has participated in more than 50 exhibitions and charity events in Jakarta.
She has collaborated with fellow artists and friends to grace the many numerous venues in Jakarta like the Financial Club, Hilton, Grand Hyatt, Marriot, Nikko, Holiday Inn , Intercontinental, and more than 600 pieces of her paintings have been collected by art lovers from within and outside Indonesia.
