Max Albert CARLIER (1872-1938) was a belgian artist, born in Tourcoing, France of Belgian parents. He was a painter of flower and still life paintings, genre, animals and interiors.
Carlier worked extensively in Brussels and also traveled a great deal to Italy.
Today, his paintings can be found in many important private and public collections, worldwide, including the Museum of Ostend in Belgium.
