Federico ANDREOTTI (1847-1930) was an Italian painter.
In 1861 he enrolled in the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence under the guidance of Enrico Pollastrini and Stefano Ussi. He devoted himself to oil, watercolor but also to fresco, painting landscapes, portraits, female figures, genre scenes, historical scenes and still lifes with historical scenarios especially seventeenth and eighteenth century. In his works he mixed a certain technical precision on impressionist territories. As an illustrator he worked for Renato Fucini illustrating the story Sweet memories in Neri's Vigils.
