Hernan Javier Muñoz is an Argentine Surrealist painter born on April 5, 1983 in the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

In 1996 he entered the Art School "Rogelio Yrurtia". There he graduated as Professor of Plastic Arts in the year 2000. During these years he had his first approaches to art in general but without feeling them part of his current profession.

In 2001 he began working at the MOA - Monographs and Works of Art - a body under the Ministry of Environment and Public Space of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires.

Here restored works of art and sculptures in the most tourist and visited neighborhoods of the City like Palermo and Recoleta
